About Us
My name is Kenneshia “Kay” Cross, I am a licensed and registered Occupational Therapist. I have a Masters (MA) degree in Gerontology and a Bachelor’s (BA) degree in Occupational Therapy. I am also a home modification and accessibility specialist with a designation as a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS), through the National Association of Home Builders, A Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist I and II (CEAS, II), and a Certified Fall Prevention Specialist (CFPS).
My grandmother was my world. We were so inseparable that people nicknamed me her “little handbag!” Her love and guidance shaped my life sparking my passion for helping older adults live fulfilling, independent lives.
That special connection with my grandmother inspired my rewarding career as an Occupational Therapist and Gerontologist. With 20+ years of clinical experience across diverse settings (skilled nursing, home health, and more), delivering customized care to help older adults live safer, more satisfying lives.
